Terms of Service

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the platform, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein, are owned by us or licensed to us.

Provided that you are eligible to use the platform, you are granted a limited license to access and use the platform and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the platform, the content and the marks. Any career documents, resumes, cover letters, or other materials you generate using our platform are yours to use and own.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update registration information as necessary
• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms
• You are not under the age of 18
• You will not access the platform through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the platform will not violate any applicable law or regulation

You may be required to register with the platform to access certain features. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

We may offer both free and paid services. For paid services, you may be required to pay a fee to access premium features. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the platform.

We accept various methods of payment including debit/credit cards and third-party providers. Sales, use or similar taxes will be added to the price of purchases where applicable. We may change our prices at any time.

For subscription services, you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation.

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. As a user of the platform, you agree not to:

• Distribute login details so that multiple users are sharing one login
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile

• Use the platform in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations

The platform may allow you to create, submit, post, display, transmit, or broadcast content and materials, including but not limited to text, resumes, cover letters, career documents, comments, suggestions, or other material.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using our platform. However, by using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

When you submit content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the creator and owner of the content or have the necessary permissions
• Your content is not false, inaccurate, or misleading
• Your content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule
• Your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the platform for violations of these Terms and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Terms.

We may, in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of data.

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the platform. We reserve the right to deny access to and use of the platform to any person for any reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms.

We may terminate your use or participation in the platform or delete your account and any content or information that you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use thereof.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the platform's content and assume no liability or responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our directors, officers, employees, or agents will be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the three month period prior to the occurrence giving rise to any claim.

These Terms and your use of the platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the platform at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the platform without notice at any time.

We cannot guarantee the platform will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the platform, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

Visiting the platform, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
